The final painting in the Alpha and Omega Series, I Am Your Advocate, presents Christ in His resurrected glory, fulfilling His eternal role as the mediator for mankind. In this depiction of the Final Judgment, Christ stands before the Father, advocating for individuals who await their eternal glory with faith that Jehovah will plead their cause to Elohim. The scene reflects the promise of Doctrine and Covenants 110:4, where Christ declares, “Behold, I am your Advocate with the Father,” underscoring His sacred responsibility to mediate on behalf of those who trust in His Atonement.
In this moment of divine intercession, individuals stand in anticipation, trusting in the words of the Advocate, who has overcome sin and death. Their faith in Christ’s role as the Omega—the one who brings all things to their rightful conclusion—is expressed in their postures and countenances. One man in the center clothed in priestly robes is awaiting his judgment; it is as if he represents the viewer and invites contemplation on how Christ will advocate on your behalf.
The light in the painting symbolizes the glory of God and the hope of salvation, as Christ’s presence bridges the gap between justice and mercy. Surrounding Him are individuals, their forms illuminated by divine light, awaiting their assignments of celestial, terrestrial, or telestial glory. Each soul is presented with the same hope—the faith that the Great Jehovah, who courageously offered Himself in the beginning, now stands ready to advocate for their place in the Father’s eternal plan.
As in the first painting of the series, Here Am I, Send Me, this final scene is set against a celestial backdrop, linking Christ’s initial offering to fulfill the divine plan with His final act of advocacy. The two paintings form a powerful chiasmus, with Christ's declaration in the pre-mortal council fulfilled as the eternal advocate at the Final Judgment.

The Alpha and Omega Series is a collection of five oil paintings depicting key moments in Jesus Christ's life, from His pre-mortal offering to His eternal advocacy. Each painting intertwines love, sacrifice, and resurrection themes, creating a chiasmus where the first and last, second and fourth pieces mirror each other, and the third stands as the climactic center. Together, they reveal Christ’s role as Alpha—the beginning—and Omega—the completion.
